*** 2500 Gallon minimum is $5.00 for water and $10.65 for sewer
*** Utility Tax is 4 percent of water
*** Out of county rates are 1.25 times in-county rates
*** There is an administrative fee of $1 for up to 7,000 gallons
      consumption and an additional $1 for any consumption
      more than 7,000 gallons.
