This project provides redundancy, longevity and added capacity to a 50-year old critical force main that runs parallel to I-10
from Eslava Creek to the Williams WWTP. Phase I is the final phase of 4 phases of constructing nearly 4.5 miles of pipeline.
Cost of Phase I = $14.2 Million
