Accidental Death/Dismemberment Insurance is included with the life insurance plan.

For 2017, you may contribute up to $18,000 per year. If you are age 50 or older, you may contribute an additional $6,000 (total $24,000) per year. Available through EMPOWER Retirement Solutions. Employees may enroll at any time during their employment. Payments are made through payroll deduction.
This program is available at no cost to the employee. This program provides assistance for employees and their immediate family members in the event of an emotional, family, legal, medical, substance abuse and/or financial problem.
The Education Assistance and Reimbursement Program provides financial assistance for employees to support endeavors in acquiring additional knowledge and skills. There is a $3,000 annual maximum benefit for certification programs for both undergraduate and graduate work. For undergraduate work, you must receive a grade C” or better or a “Pass”, to receive 50% of your requested payment, up to the maximum allotment. For graduate work, you must receive a grade B” or better, to receive 50% reimbursement of your requested payment, up to the maximum.
