The
Mobile Area Water and Sewer System provides services to the greater
Mobile community, which has a multi-cultured base. It is the intent
of this Board to provide equal access to each large, small, and
disadvantaged business that desires to do business with the Board
of Water and Sewer Commissioners of the City of Mobile. It is also
the intent of the Board to develop a good faith effort with obtainable
goals that will increase the number of small and disadvantaged businesses
that do business with the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System.
