Mobile, AL—September 29, 2025—Mobile Area Water & Sewer System (MAWSS) has opened a new drive-up payment kiosk to make paying water bills easier and more convenient for customers.
The kiosk is located at the former Wells Fargo Bank branch in the Park Forest Shopping Center, 4725 Moffett Road. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In addition to the drive-up option, customers can also use a walk-up kiosk on site.
Please note that the lobby at this location is closed. Customers who wish to meet with a MAWSS customer service agent may schedule an appointment by calling 251-694-3100 or visiting www.mawss.com.
Providing safe, reliable water service goes hand-in-hand with making payment convenient and accessible. Our new kiosks are designed to give customers flexibility—whether they prefer drive-up or walk-up service—without being limited by office hours. In addition, we can also facilitate more helpful customer service features like online chats.
