Mobile Area Water & Sewer System (MAWSS) responded to a wastewater overflow on January 29, 2026, at 3851 Government Blvd. Approximately 1,800 gallons of wastewater overflowed as result of a blockage. All the wastewater was contained and did not reach State waters. MAWSS crews have cleared the blockage and are taking steps to prevent further overflows at this location. This overflow was reported by a concerned citizen.
