Note: Hydrant meter shall be returned within 90 days from date of issue for maintenance and re-issuance. If not returned within 90 days of its issuance it will be considered lost and the renter will be billed for the replacement cost of meter assembly. The account will remain active until all charges are paid. In the event the meter is returned, the account will be credited for the meter assembly cost only.
