Mobile Area Water & Sewer’s Health Plan provides this link to access machine readable files as required by the Transparency in Coverage Rule. The files include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between this plan and healthcare providers. Contributions may be made through Empower Retirement Solutions, Nationwide Retirement Solutions, or RSA-1. Employees may enroll at any time during their employment. Payments are made through payroll deductions.
This program is available at no cost to the employee. This program provides assistance for employees and their immediate family members in the event of an emotional, family, legal, medical, substance abuse and/or financial problem.
The Education Assistance and Reimbursement Program provides financial assistance for employees to support endeavors in acquiring additional knowledge and skills after the employee has been with the company for one year. Reimbursement for all approved courses of study, books and fees will be at 85% of the appropriate costs less any grants or scholarships received by the employee. There will be a maximum reimbursement of $7,500 per year, per employee.
